Below you can browse our LOCATION DATABASE, which includes brownfields, prepared sites at industrial zones, and office premises meeting the highest standards. Each location includes a location card (pdf) that you can download. The cards contain basic information on the location plus a brief description. There are also photographs of the sites.

 A former manor house (chateau) that was used as a machinery workshop for an agricultural college from 1960-2000. Around the chateau there are the remains of industrial halls, workshops, garages and a cowshed; all in derelict condition. 3 of the original 8 buildings have already been demolished. Only the chateau bell-tower and the historic gateway have been reconstructed.

Barbora Industrial Park (PZ nad Barborou)
 A strategic development zone; the creation of the zone was approved by the Czech government in 2013. Asental Land and the Moravian-Silesian Region are collaborating on preparations for future use. The site is adjacent to roads (I/59 and II/474). The site is zoned for manufacturing industry.

Bezručova
 Unused site, partly grassy areas, half of the site is wooded. Zoned for: civic amenities – commercial facilities, commercial facilities, small-scale retail premises (including specialist shops), other shops with residences for owners, catering and accommodation services, non-manufacturing services, administration, public amenities (health care facilities, public administration, social services, educational facilities), physical education and sport, culture and religious use, residential use.

Bílovec - Podzámčí
 The location is immediately adjacent to the historic town centre with its square and chateau (major potential), near a class II road. The town plans to build an indoor/outdoor swimming pool with grassy areas.

Bruntál - Severní zóna
 KARLA spol. s r.o. is offering for sale land and current structures at this location in the northern part of Bruntál (10 ha). The zone is close to a number of major companies (OSRAM Česká republika s.r.o., ALFUN a.s., Macco Organiques s.r.o., Global Tungsten & Powders spol. s r.o. and others).  A 10-floor building housing the municipal authority, job centre, post office and several private companies. Available for rental: office spaces from 17 mě to 66 m2 (levels 1, 7, 9 and 10). Time-restricted parking outside the building, or parking spaces for rental in a reserved zone behind the building. There is open access to the building during the opening hours of the Kopřivnice municipal authority. Outside these hours, the building is closed and there is a reception service. Most of the interiors were reconstructed in 2006. The area available fluctuates depending on current usage. The precise available area at any time can be communicated on request.
