Bývalý důl Staříč
 The former Staříč coal mine complex is located on the edge of the village of Sviadnov, partially extending into the neighbouring municipality of Žabeň. Mining has now ceased. The complex includes a co-generation unit able to supply power and heat. The buildings in the part of the complex on offer (4.4 ha) will be demolished by 2020. The complex is suitable as the site of an industrial zone (light industrial use). There is a residential area nearby.

Bývalý hotel
 Until 2014 the building was used as a hotel and restaurant. In 2014-2017 it was intermittently used as a pub; the building was often closed, and it became derelict; frequent changes of tenancy led to a deterioration of the interior condition. In 2018 it was temporarily used as accommodation for forest workers. The building is in relatively good condition; the water pipes need to be replaced. The owner is offering it primarily for sale, or for rent if preferred.

 The site is located next to road II/470 (Slezská St.) to the north of a railway siding operated by OKD, Doprava, a.s. It is the former site of the Žofie coal mine; it has already undergone complete technical clearance and biological recultivation.

Bývalý vojenský areál Monoblok
 The “Monoblok” complex covers approx. 3.8 ha. The entire complex is enclosed by fencing and is connected to all technical/utilities networks, transport infrastructure and service facilities. The complex includes a main building with office/accommodation facilities, auxiliary buildings and other structures (reception, fuel filling station, temporary cabins, a storage building, a vehicle repair workshop and a carpentry workshop). There is no agricultural or forested land at the complex, which is classified as either built-up areas or other areas. Currently the “Monoblok” complex can be divided into two parts: 1. The main building and the surrounding land, reception, fuel filling station and auxiliary structures; 2: the temporary cabins, storage building, vehicle repair workshop and carpentry workshop. Part 1 is not used; only maintenance work is carried out. Part 2 is partly utilized as a municipal waste recycling centre, and the vehicle repair workshop and carpentry workshop are rented out to local traders.
Stará Ves nad Ondřejnicí 8 300 m2 Brownfields
 A former brickworks that has been derelict for a number of years; the buildings are disintegrating, in some places only the foundations remain; the site is completely abandoned. The buildings are suitable for demolition; possible future use of the complex: production and/or storage/warehousing.
Ropice 8 800 m2 Brownfields
CTOffice Park
 CTOffice Park was built in 2006 and is located on the southern edge of the city. It includes conference facilities and meeting rooms, plus restaurants and cafés. The complex is air-conditioned. Energy efficiency C. Class A offices. This office complex consists of 4 modern buildings, offering 20 000 m2 of office space. The basic rental cost is supplemented by a charge for shared areas (approx. 6%) and service fees (approx. 1.95 €/m2).
