Excellent transport access; the complex is directly next to the future Frýdek-Místek bypass (R48, building scheduled to begin in 2017). It is fully owned by the town. Currently used by RARA TRADE s.r.o. Until June 2017, one of the buildings was used as a social housing hostel. This was closed down; the town is now offering the former hostel building for various uses under standard conditions – e.g. short-term accommodation for construction companies, or conversion to offices etc. (depending on clients’ plans).
