 A large historic building in the centre of the village. A former health care centre and multifunctional building containing two apartments, a community hall (including facilities) and former library premises. The building is occasionally used for accommodation (to a limited extent).

Kolonie Mühsam
 Formerly the site of a workers’ housing scheme named after the former Mühsam coal mine. The site is in the cadastral area of Orlová, close to the historic town centre. It is near the main road from Ostrava to Karviná, and there is a railway cargo siding in the vicinity.
Orlová 40 000 m2 Available sites
 This agricultural structure was vacated in May 2011, since when it has fallen into dereliction. It contains dismantled milk processing and cattle farming equipment.

Kravín Veselí
 A former cowshed; operations were discontinued in the 1990s. Currently there are only ruined buildings, the floor surfaces, and unsecured waste pits.
Odry 1 200 m2 Brownfields
Krnov - Červený Dvůr I a II
 The industrial zone is located approx. 2 km south-east of the town centre and covers approx. 48 hectares (phases I and II). This figure includes premises owned by companies which existed before the zone was created. The first phase of construction covered 18 hectares, and the town then expanded the zone due to continuing interest from investors. The town prepared for the further expansion by purchasing land (170 838 m?) from private owners in the area to the south-east of the ZVOS complex. The southern boundary of the land is the Hájnický stream, which forms the cadastral boundary with the municipality of Úvalno. The second phase includes complete technical/utilities infrastructure, roads, footpaths, and street lighting; official approval for use has been issued (12/2016). The town is offering the land (or part of it) for sale.

Logistics Park Nošovice
 Panattoni Park Nošovice is a new project developed by Panattoni Europe in the vicinity of the current Hyundai car plant in Nošovice. The site will incorporate three buildings covering a total area of 59 000 m?. Both the smallest spaces (9 667 m?) and the larger spaces (24 916 m?) can be rented by a single tenant or multiple clients as a multi-let park. The buildings will be designed and constructed to the individual specifications of the client and to the highest modern standards. The location is easily accessible via the D48 motorway (exit 51), which is the main regional road leading from the eastern part of the Czech Republic to Poland. Excellent links to Slovakia via motorway D 48 and roads I/68 and I/11.

Lokalita B. Martinů
 The site is located on the edge of Nový Jičín. There are no buildings on the site, and parts of the land have tree growth. The site is intended for apartment blocks and buildings whose size and appearance are in keeping with the surrounding buildings and the town’s urban planning documentation. The site is owned by the town of Nový Jičín. It is an attractive location close to the town centre, all civic amenities within easy reach.

 The Bocheta site is 100% owned by the town of Nový Jičín. The area available to investors is approx. 0.65 ha; it is zoned for production buildings and facilities whose activities will not negatively impact on areas outside the site, small-scale production or large shops.
