The future of education - the future of companies - this is the title of the 7th Invest MORE conference

All of us have surely understood that the process of education in our lives does not end when we pass the final exam or receive our diploma. Times are changing ever faster, with more and more innovations, information and brand new job opportunities. All this is changing the demands on the skills and knowledge that a modern person should possess.

Companies thus expect their employees to have a much wider range of knowledge and a complete "package" of both soft and hard skills, which at their best continue to develop every year. On the employer's side, however, this growth and qualification of their employees must be sufficiently supported and the right conditions for their development created, as corporate training is one of the key processes of any successful company.

That is why we have decided to open the topic of education at this year's Invest MORE conference and give space for discussion and speakers from whom you can draw inspiration and get good examples of practice for setting up effective training programmes for your employees. You will also learn more about possible ways of cooperation between your company and the school to attract potential employees or how open corporate academies work.

We will look at the topic from the perspective of representatives of Czech industry and educational institutions, and as the title suggests, we will discuss not only the present but also the future of possible forms of corporate training.
