Industrial Day as part of Czech Space Week 2021

After one year, the 4th edition of the Czech Space Week 2021 space festival is coming up, and this year's Industrial Day is also part of it. This time it will take place physically on 11/11/2021 in Brno at the Passage Hotel. And this year it will be a big event with an international dimension. During the conference, participants will have the opportunity to meet ESA representatives, national delegates or take part in practical workshops. At the same time, the conference will also include an international brokerage, during which they can meet representatives of companies from the space and non-space sector not only from the Czech Republic, but also from Slovakia, Poland and Hungary.

So far in the Czech Republic, we have focused mainly on connecting with the supply chains of large integrators. Now we are also turning our attention to our neighbours, who have grown up in the meantime and we believe also offer opportunities for promising cooperation. So the aim of this year's Industry Day is to connect companies from the four states so that they can work together on new products and jointly make bigger bids to large integrators. They will thus have to count more on larger consortia, also because of the geo-return requirements.

Our goal is not only to foster new business partnerships between space companies from the V4 countries, but we also want to use the event as a platform for collaboration across the entire space ecosystem. The event will be attended not only by representatives of space sector companies, but all applicants will have the opportunity to meet with:

- B2R&D - with representatives of the scientific community - we want to foster collaboration between industry and science

- B2D - with the Czech delegation to ESA and other space programmes
