The Moravian-Silesian Region has a large number of locations that are ideal for your investments. They are challenges just waiting for you to accept them. Below you can browse our LOCATION DATABASE, which includes brownfields, prepared sites at industrial zones, and office premises meeting the highest standards. Each location includes a location card (pdf) that you can download. The cards contain basic information on the location plus a brief description. There are also photographs of the sites.

 The site is located in Horní Suchá (Dělnická St.) with road access to the main road (I/11). The main part of the site is parcel no. 1036/1, but the site also includes 10 more parcels, including the main office building and other workshops. The site is ideal for a manufacturing, transport or storage/warehousing business (including office buildings and workshops). The large surfaced area covers 2.5 ha.

Bývalá hospoda
 The building is located in the central part of the village, on the square; it was formerly used as an inn. Part of the roof has been destroyed by fire. The building is in very poor condition and presents a danger to its surroundings (the building authority has ordered emergency measures to prevent collapse). Suitable for use as a restaurant/hotel. Offered for sale.
Janov 800 m2 Brownfields
Bývalá mateřská škola se zahradou
 A former preschool with an adjoining garden. In 2011 the preschool and library still operated here; later it was used as a museum. Currently the building is empty. It is a 3-floor building in relatively good condition, with flaking plaster. The municipality plans to rent or sell the building along with the adjoining land.

Bývalá ocelárna

Komplex bývalé ocelárny v blízkosti centra Ostrava nabízí jedinečnou investiční příležitost průmyslového a logistického developmentu. Areál se nachází na pomezí ulice Rudná a dálnice D56, která zajišťuje rychlé spojení se všemi významnými městy v okolí. Součástí je také napojení na železnici, která navazuje na mezinárodní železniční síť a zajišťuje spojení se sousedním Polskem a Slovenskem. Celková rozloha areálu činí až 26 hektarů a tvoří tak jednu z největších rozvojových oblastí v centru Ostravy. Pro budoucí využití se počítá se dvěma možnostmi prodeje:

  • prodej pozemků jako zelené louky (greenfield),
  • nalezení investora a development areálu na základě joint venture.

Bývalá pila
 An overgrown site with the remnants of the foundation structures of a former sawmill in the centre of Pražmo village. According to the zoning plan the site is designated for the construction of civic amenities (public infrastructure).
Pražmo 2 700 m2 Brownfields
Bývalá spořitelna
 A building (incl. facilities) dating from 1928. A free-standing building with mainly office space; premises of a cake shop on the 1st floor. Brick building with a flat roof.
Orlová 900 m2 Brownfields
Bývalá sýpka (silo)
 The site consists of land with four agricultural structures (a former granary, two storage buildings, and a weigh-house). The site is situated on the north-east edge of the town, next to Ostravská St. One of the buildings is a cultural monument.
Příbor 8 400 m2 Brownfields
Bývalá škola
 A former school building. Today empty and unused. The building is in relatively good technical condition.
Fulnek 6 000 m2 Brownfields
Bývalá ZŠ TGM
 Former Church school and primary school on Družstevní St. The first documented mention of the building dates from the 17th century. Between the world wars it was reconstructed in the style of the time. Currently the building is in very poor technical condition. In order to be used without restrictions, it would need to be completely reconstructed. Zoned for civic amenities.
Studénka 1 600 m2 Brownfields
Bývalé kino
 The former “Tatra” cinema building is currently completely empty and has been disconnected from utilities networks. In the past it was transferred to municipal ownership. It is currently in relatively good technical condition. Brick building, several broken/missing windows. Zoned for civic amenities.
