Dombrovec - ul. Ostravská
The site is located on Ostravská St. to the south of the AWT railway siding, near the Gdyně reservoir. Hraniční St. divides the site into two separate parts. As part of the plans to rebuild road I/59 and create new junctions, this part of Hraniční St. may cease to exist. Extensive technical clearance and biological recultivation has taken place at the site. The use of the site is conditional on the elaboration of a land use study.

The Dukla Industrial Park is located in Dolní Suchá around 2 km from Havířov city centre. It is an attractive and strategically situated location, offering easy transport access via the adjacent four-lane road. The zone is owned by Asental Land, s.r.o.
