Possibly the largest real estate transaction of the year took place in Ostrava

The Ostrava investment group RT TORAX Group has added the Nová Karolina Park office building in Ostrava to its portfolio. The former owner of the building Passerinvest described the transaction as one of the largest real estate transactions of 2021.

The building meets the BREEAM Building Certification and is occupied by permanent tenants of leading companies such as ABB, Stora Enso, Verizon or Česká spořitelna.

Ostrava is crucial for RT TORAX Group and the group's plan to build a high-rise building in the immediate vicinity of Karolina confirms it. This high-rise building should be more than 200 meters high and used as a commercial and administrative center. The project is designed by the architectural studio Chybik + Kristof Architects & Urban Designers.
